::: About Energy Management Awards
 
To recognize outstanding achievements in the energy sector, SLEMA presents three annual awards.
  • Prof. Mohan Munasinghe Award for the best energy management project, awarded to an individual or a group
If you have successfully planned and implemented an energy management project within the past two years, apply for this award. The project may be associated with your work / employment or independently initiated by you or your team. Prof. Mohan Munasinghe, President Emeritus of SLEMA is sponsoring this award.
 
  • Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Award for an institution for the best project on energy management.
You as a Manager or an Engineer in the company, would have initiated, studied and implemented many energy management projects in your company, factory or the office. Ceylon Petroleum corporation is sponsoring this SLEMA award for the best energy management project implemented in an energy facility, factory or a building over the past two years.
 
  • SLEMA Award for the best Energy - related study, awarded to an individual or a group.
This award is for researched and analyst of various aspects of the energy sector in the region or in Sri Lanka

SLEMA is sponsoring this award for the best energy – related study, conducted either at your workplace or through your own initiative. For this award, research papers already prepared for or published in professional journals are also acceptable as submissions.

 

 

SLEMA provides assistance and guidance to prospective applicants for SLEMA awards. Submissions should not be more than 10 pages long. A sample of a typical submission is available from the SLEMA office upon request.
